My mom and dad built Appliance King on a firm foundation of always doing the right thing. It is why their passion for helping people, whether customers or employees, and willingness to go the extra mile is part of our culture.
My earliest and fondest memories involve accompanying my dad to customers’ homes and spending my free time working in the office with mom, researching parts, answering calls, and learning about the business firsthand. My parents taught us the importance of treating people graciously and with respect, looking customers in the eyes, and a firm handshake.
From day one, my parents enlisted the whole family in running Appliance King. We are proud of our small family business and our history in this industry. My mom, Diane came back from retirement to masterfully handle our sales department. Luanne my mother-in-law follows up on every completed job personally to ensure 100% satisfaction. Each and every one of our employees are part of our family and we regularly enjoy each other’s company at family BBQ’s and birthdays.
